How long will it take to make my jewellery once i place an order?
Each piece of natura jewellery is individually hand crafted on an order by order basis. Most small items: earrings, pendants and rings can be completed within 1-3 business days. Feature items and pieces that require gemstone setting, stringing or engraving may take 1-3 weeks. If you require a special piece within a particular time frame please contact firstname.lastname@example.org we will let you know what we can do for you.
Do you take custom orders?
If there is a piece of natura jewellery that you would like to customise please get in touch at email@example.com. We are happy to do our best to be accomodating
What is natura jewellery made out of ?
Natura jewellery features impressions of natural elements that have been captured in sterling silver with bronze and brass. Gold and also with natural coloured gemstones.
Silver, bronze and brass have been selected for their beautiful natural patinas and oxidising qualities, these add depth and texture when representing natural elements.
We understand that base metals can be uncomfortable for some people to wear, for your comfort as well as additional aesthetic appeal each piece has been finished with hand made sterling silver ear wires, hooks and ring bands.

We are proudly an Australian made and owned company that supports other local small businesses.

What if i need extra help or advice about my purchase?

Can i see your jewellery in person?
Currently we are predominantly an online business. We suggest joining the email list so we can keep you informed about any local artisan markets we are going to attend.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia: Shipping within Australia is complimentary on all orders over $250.
Orders under $250 will be posted out at a flat rate of $10
All parcels are sent via express post so we can ensure you prompt and safe delivery. When your goods are dispatched we will forward you a tracking code via email.
Over seas: Standard shipping with Australia post is complimentary on all orders over $250 AUD. We will forward you a tracking code via email when your goods are dispatched.
A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders under $250 AUD. Your parcel will be sent via Australia post. We will send you a tracking code via email when your goods are dispatched.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After your parcel has been dispatched the following time frames are an estimated guide.
Australia: Parcels sent via express post are delivered the next day. There are some special circumstances like holiday times or living in a regional area when delivery may take a little longer.
- New Zealand: 3-5 business days
- Asia pacific: 5-12 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- North America and Middle East 7-12 business days
- Anywhere else 8-14 day
How will my jewellery be packaged ?
Each piece of natura jewellery comes packaged in a beautiful, branded gift box.
For extra safety during transit we wrap each gift box in tissue paper and place it inside another cardboard box which is finished with a ribbon.
All items arrive ready for gifting.
Can I include a personalised message with my purchase?
Yes! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your message. We will hand write it for you on a Natura gift card.
Can I have my piece of jewellery engraved?
Yes! We offer a premium laser engraving service. Simply email email@example.com we will forward you our fonts and prepare you a quote.
Please allow an additional 2-3 working days to have your piece engraved.
Engraving prices start from $60 per piece.
Please note that orders that have been engraved can not be exchanged or cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my natura jewellery purchase?
Yes! We will happily organise an exchange for you for change of mind, to the value of your original purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0421 746 797 within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please return the item un-used in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
We suggest that you send the item back to us via a tracked method of postage as we can't accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will pay to deliver your replacement item to you.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
My item has arrived damaged or faulty what do I do ?
At Natura Jewellery we pride ourselves on hand crafting quality pieces of jewellery that will last you a lifetime. We sincerely hope you never receive something faulty or damaged. In the unfortunate circumstance that this does happen please email email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your parcel. We will organise an exchange or a refund for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Amex, Apple pay, Google pay, Mastercard, Visa, Pay Pal and Shopify pay.
